Wet/Hot Weather policies

In the event of a wash out (wet courts), we will contact you if the lessons are cancelled. If you haven’t heard from us, then the lesson is on. The lesson will be made up during the spare week/s at the end of the term, alternatively another day and time will be offered or the lesson will be carried into the next term. There are NO Refunds.

If the temperature reaches 35 degrees, 15 minutes before the lesson starts (according to the Bureau of Meteorology), then the lesson will be cancelled. If it reaches 35 degrees during a lesson, the lesson will be suspended until the heat reduces.

Payment Policy

All payments for group lessons are due prior to the first lesson of the term starting. Discounts only apply to full term payments.  All private lesson payments are due on the completion of the lesson (unless arrangement of electronic transfer of multiple lessons has been organized).

Photo Policy

Consent will always be sort before any photos of students occur. If consent is given, photos may be posted on facebook, LEEP Tennis Academy or Knox Gardens Tennis Club website.

Free Tennis Racquet Policy

A free racquet is given once a full term payment has been received. The racquet can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive, depending on availability. Every effort will be made to get the racquet to the student as soon as possible.

Make up classes

To receive a make up class, we need to be notified prior to 3pm on the day of the lesson. Make up lessons are given for illness and weather. If a student is going to miss a lesson, then a make up lesson will be offered on a different day/time depending on availability and standard of the lesson. No make up class is offered if you miss the make up class. Maximum make up classes per term is two. Good communication is key to having a successful program.

Food Policy

There is no food or chewing gum permitted to be consumed on the tennis courts. Lee holds a current food handlers license. At the end of each term, sealed lolly bags are handed out to all students, please do not except if the student has special dietary requirements.

Medical Policy

LEEP Tennis Academy is not liable for any injuries or costs associated whilst involved in any of our programs or events. Please authorize LEEP Tennis Academy to act for you according to their best judgment in any medical emergency requiring treatment.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected by LEEP Tennis Academy will not be shared without your consent.
